A workshop for visual artists, actors, dancers and anybody who is interested in exploring their vision and themselves.
Colour, peripheral awareness, movement perception, sense of depth and quality of clarity are all sensitive and malleable sensations. Using the Bates method of vision education we will explore the connections between body, attention, intention, relaxation, movement and vision.
